North Sulawesi’s airport is called Sam Ratulangi International Airport (airport code MDC), and is serviced by airlines such as Garuda Indonesia, Singapore Airlines (SilkAir), Lion Air and more recently: Scoot Airlines. While most international flights come in via Singapore, Davao (DVO) has recently been opened by Lion Air to offer international arrivals from the Philippines as well.
Flights from Singapore take around 3 hours, and it’s just over 2 hours to Manado from Bali.

Generally, you should consider a baggage allowance of 20kg. For recreational scuba divers, the limit is usually up to 30kg, but do check with your airline or travel agent at the time of booking your flight.
Our drivers will be waiting for you just outside the arrival gate, holding a placard with the Thalassa logo and your name. Manado International Airport is so small, they will be hard to miss!
Getting to Thalassa Manado will then take about 30 minutes from the airport. Going to our resort on Lembeh will be around 90 minutes to the harbor town of Bitung. From there, our boat is waiting for you to make a short 15-minute boat ride to Thalassa Lembeh.
