Terms & Conditions

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 100% charge & full deposit.
  • Cancellation from 31 days of arrival or more: deposit is forfeit.

Payment & deposit policy

  • Within 30 days of arrival: 100% charge & full deposit.
  • From 31 days of arrival or more: 25% deposit.

Cancellation & deposits for groups (7+ guests)

  • 30% deposit must be received to confirm a reservation
  • Full payment must be received at least 45 days prior to arrival date at the resort. 
  • For bookings made less than 45 days before arrival, full payment is required within 7 days of reservation.
  • Cancellation of 91 days or further: deposit will be refunded minus 50% cancellation fee.
  • Deposit is forfeited for any cancellation made between 46 day(s) and 90 day(s).
  • Dates of stay can be modified, 91 days or further to arrival date at the resort. This is subject to availability (may not apply to promotional rates).

Refund policy

  • After arrival, no refunds are given at any time for bookings made. In case of an emergency or illness, we will issue a voucher valid indefinitely for all activities not consumed.

Discounts

  • Indonesian citizens: 10%
  • Expats: 5%
  • Infants age 1 – 5
    • Free of charge if sharing room with parent or guardian
    • Baby cot can be provided for free
    • If extra bed is required for a child, a 50% discount applies
  • Children age 6 – 11
    • 50% of full price for all accommodation and activities.
    • Not valid for PADI Bubblemaker program, Junior Open Water programs and courses or boat dives with licensed junior divers
  • Juniors age 11+
    • Full price applies
  • Groups
    • A group is defined as more than 7 guests in a single group using the same package
    • Asia: 7+1 FOC using a shared room with the same package
    • Outside Asia: 9+1 FOC using a shared room with the same package
    • Extras: private boat & private guides
