For many, a simple &#8220;thank you&#8221; makes all the difference. When guests are checking out of our resorts, there&#8217;s plenty of hugs with many a &#8220;thanks for everything&#8221; whispered into our staff&#8217;s ears \u2014 sometimes even accompanied with a few tears!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But Audrey from Indonesia took her expression of gratitude a giant step further: a few weeks after she stayed with us, we received this email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It has been a while since we left and Pauline and I truly miss Lembeh. I miss it so much that I recently completed an art piece and would like to share it with you and the rest of the Lembeh staff! This art piece included most of the memorable sea creatures we saw in Lembeh and Manado, including turtle, white-tipped reef shark, jellyfish, frogfish, and flamboyant cuttlefish. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We don&#8217;t get many messages like this every day, so to know that a guest was so impressed with everything makes it extra special. Here is the lovely art piece:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thalassamanado.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/audrey-art-piece-full.jpg\" alt=\"Audrey's wonderful underwater art \" class=\"wp-image-41344 lazyload\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1448\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thalassamanado.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/audrey-art-piece-full.jpg\" alt=\"Audrey&#039;s wonderful underwater art \" class=\"wp-image-41344\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1448\" \/><\/noscript><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Audrey continues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are many easter eggs within this piece too\u00a0where I drew in nudibranchs, shrimps, 2 peacock mantis shrimp, orang utan and decorator crab, and even 2 pygmy seahorses.
